Pineapple cloud parfait^

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Lowfat yogurt
2 Sliced bananas
tablespoon No sugar added orange
Marmalade or apricot jam
1 cup Crushed pineapple, crushed
1 tablespoon Apple juice concentrate

Directions

Combine yogurt and 1½ bananas in blender; blend just long enough to combine. Combine with remaining ingredients in a bowl. Divide among 4 dessert dishes. Chill overnight.
