Pineapple curry sauce

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¼ teaspoon Each cardamom, turmeric,
Ground coriander and cumin
teaspoon Each ground cloves & nutmeg
1 tablespoon Brown sugar
½ teaspoon Paprika
2 Cloves garlic, minced
teaspoon Fresh ginger, grated
¼ cup Pineapple juice
½ cup Pineapple, finely diced

Directions

Stir spices together in a small skillet over low heat for a minute or two. Add garlic, ginger, sugar, and pineapple juice and cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, for 5 to 7 minutes.
