Fresh pineapple sauce

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¼ Fresh pineapple; cored, cut in chunks
¼ cup Sugar
2 tablespoons Dark rum
1 tablespoon Fresh lime or lemon juice

Directions

Puree pineapple till smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend well.

NOTES : Wonderful on sorbet or ice cream.
