Pineapple fudge

Ingredients

2 cups Sugar
1 cup Brown sugar
½ cup Light cream
1 can Crushed pineapple, drained
2 tablespoons Butter
½ teaspoon Ginger
2 teaspoons Vanilla
1 cup Walnuts, broken

Directions

Combine sugars, cream, and pineapple; cook, stirring occasionally, to soft ball stage, 236 F. Remove from heat. Add butter, ginger, and vanilla. Cool to room temperature, stirring, until lukewarm.
