Pineapple lime cream cheese mold

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 can (#2) crushed pineapple in juice; (2+1/2 cups)
1 pack Lime jello
8 ounces Cream cheese; softened
cup Pimento; chopped
1 cup Celery; diced
1 cup Macadamia nuts; chopped *
1 cup Heavy cream; whipped

Directions

* or walnuts or pecans

Heat pineapple to boiling point. Add Jello and softened cream cheese and stir until dissolved. Chill until partially set. Add remaining ingredients, except cream. Lastly, whisk in the whipped cream. Pour into a 1+½ quart mold.
