Pineapple-cocoa icing

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 tablespoons Butter
¼ cup Unsweetened frozen pineapple
Juice concentrate, thawed
2 tablespoons Unsweetened cocoa
¼ cup Instant powdered milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Directions

In a small saucepan combine butter and pineapple juice concentrate.

Bring to a boil over medium heat. Remove from heat and immediately stir in cocoa and powdered milk until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract. Allow to cool 10 minutes before spooning over desert. Allow icing to set on dessert at room temperature, and store refrigerated.
