Pistachio and white choc chip cookies

1 Egg
1 cup Brown sugar
½ teaspoon Vanilla essence
½ cup Oil
½ cup Flour
1 cup All purpose flour
1 cup Chopped pistachio nuts
1 cup White choc bits

Preheat oven to 180C - Grease and line two baking trays. Combine egg, brown sugar and vanilla together, mix well. Stir in oil, Combine flours, nuts and white choc bits and fold into wet ingredients. Shape into balls using 1 tbspn of mixture, place on to prepared tray. Bake 10-12mins or until golden. Cool slightly on trays before transferring to a wire rack. Cookies are yummy and very easy to make.
