Pizza bianco~

Ingredients

1 teaspoon Oil
1 10 oz can
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 cup (4 oz) shredded part-skim Mozzarella cheese
8 ounces Turkey & cheddar smoked
Sausage -- cut into 1/4\"
Slices
1 cup Chopped fresh broccoli or
Cauliflower
1 small Onion -- chopped
2 tablespoons Grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup Mild yellow pepper rings --
Drained (optional)
Refrigerated pizza crust

Directions

Prep Time: 15 min. Cooking Time 15 min.

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Brush ½ tsp oil on shallow 10x15-inch baking pan. Unroll pizza dough and place on pan; press dough evenly across pan bottom to form crust, rolling up edges. Lightly brush top of dough with remaining oil; sprinkle with seasoning. Prick crust generously with fork. Bake 5 minutes. Remove crust from oven; sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Top with sausage slices and remaining ingredients. Bake 12 minutes or until crust is browned.
