Polish poppy seed bread

Ingredients

teaspoon Active dry yeast
3 cups Bread flour
3 tablespoons Powdered milk
teaspoon Salt
3 tablespoons Poppy seeds
tablespoon Orange or grapefruit zest; grated
¼ cup Honey
3 tablespoons Butter
1 Whole egg
1 Egg yolk
1 cup + 1 tbls water
cup Raisins
cup Sliced almonds

Directions

1. Add all ingredients except the raisins and almonds in the order suggested by your bread machine manual and process on the bread cycle according to the manufacturer's directions.

2. At the beeper, add the raisins and almonds.
