Pork chops and apples #1

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
6 Pork chops
3 Unpeeled apples; cored, unsliced
¼ cup Brown sugar
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
2 tablespoons Butter

Directions

Brown chops in oil on both sides. Place apple slices in greased baking dish. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon; dot with butter. Top with pork chops. Cover and bake at 350 for 1-½ hours.
