Pork chops and spaghetti

Ingredients

1 quart Canned tomatoes
1 cup Chopped onion
1 teaspoon Basil
3 Bay leaves
½ teaspoon Parsley
½ teaspoon Thyme
¼ teaspoon Oregano
2 Gloves garlic, smooshed
1 large Jar Ragu (i like mushroom or simmered beef)
6 To 8 pork chops

Directions

Bake pork chops in 350degF oven for about 45 min. Or fry in skillet until nice browned. Err on the side of a bit crispy.

Meanwhile, start the sauce. Combine tomatoes, onions, seasonings, and garlic together in kettle. Bring to a simmer. Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add prepared spagetti sauce. (not sure of exact size, around 1½ to 2 qts.) Bring to a simmer. Add slightly crispy pork chops and simmer until pork chops are falling apart.

Remove bay leaves and bones (if you like). Serve with spagetti.
