Pork chops with cream of mushroom soup

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
6 Pork chops
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
¾ can Milk
1 tablespoon Dried minced onion
1 small Can Mushroom stems
And pieces, drained
Few drops Kitchen Bouquet
Hot cooked noodles

Directions

Trim fat from chops. Rub the fat from the chops over bottom of electric frypan; then discard. Brown chops in frypan, salt and peppering to taste.

In a bowl combine soup, milk, onion, mushrooms, and Kitchen Bouquet.

Stir until creamy. Pour over chops, lifting chops so soup mixture coats both sides. Simmer covered 45 minutes or until chops are tender. Remove chops. Add hot cooked noodles to soup mixture and stir to coat.

Serves 3-6.
