Pork pulled barbecue with corn bread

1 Jalapeno chile, minced
¼ cup Tomato paste
Black pepper to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients and bake covered in slow oven until meat is falling apart. When cool enough to handle, pull into fine shreds.
