Port wine marinade

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Port wine
1 tablespoon Freshy thyme; chopped
3 tablespoons Low-sodium soy sauce
½ teaspoon Pepper
½ teaspoon Hot sauce
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 Clove garlic; halved
1 Bay leaf

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir well. Use to marinate beef, pork, or lamb. Yield: ¾ cup.
