Portabella fajitas

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 Portabella caps sliced
2 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
1 Green pepper sliced
1 medium Onion sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
Soft flour or corn tortillas

Directions

Saute above ingredients until soft (about 5-6 minutes). Serve wrapped in soft or corn tortillas with your choice of accompanients (we like it with chopped tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, sour cream and salsa).
