Portabella mushroom marinade for fajitas

Ingredients

1 Lemon; juice of
3 drops Olive oil (optional) ; more or less
¼ teaspoon Cumin
¼ teaspoon Chili powder
Lots of crushed; or minced garlic (4 big cloves or to taste)

From: aq004@... (Stephanie Steele) Date: Sat, 20 Jul 1996 10:31:11 -0400 Combine marinade ingredients. Slice 2 packages (about 8 oz) of portabella mushrooms into strips Mix in and marinate at least 1 hour.

Grill the mushrooms

Serve in warm tortillas with the works--sliced onions, peppers, lettuce, tomatoes, non-fat yogurt cheese or whatever you like.

Note: these measurements are approximate so adjust to taste. I tried this with other mushrooms, but the portabellas were the best.
