Pickled horseradish

1 cup

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Finely ground horseradish
Root (use finest blade)
teaspoon Brown sugar
3 tablespoons Vinegar
½ teaspoon Salt

Directions

Combine ingredients, and let stand overnight before using. It will be hot, very hot, for several days so go easy. Makes ¾ cup.
