Potlatch salmon

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
6 8-oz. salmon steaks
1 tablespoon Juniper berries; (about 50)
2 teaspoons Salt
teaspoon Pepper ---garnish-----
Lemon wedges; or lime wedges
Mayonnaise

Directions

Lightly crush juniper berries. Push 6-8 berries into each steak.

Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper.

Grill over coals 5-6 minutes on each side. Garnish with lemon wedges and mayonnaise.

Serves 6.
