Pacific salmon loaf

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 can (16-oz) Salmon, drained and
Flaked
½ cup Dry bread crumbs
½ cup Mayonnaise
½ cup Chopped onion
¼ cup Chopped celery
¼ cup Chopped green pepper
1 Egg, beaten
1 teaspoon Salt
Cucumber sauce

Directions

Combine ingredients except Cucumber sauce (below); mix lightly. Shape into loaf in shallow baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

Serve with Cucumber Sauce.
