Salmon party ball

Ingredients

16 | ounces | Salmon; drained and flaked, picked clean |
¼ | teaspoon | Liquid BBQ Sauce; optional |
8 | ounces | Cream Cheese; softened |
1 | tablespoon | Onion; grated |
1 | tablespoon | Lemon Juice |
2 | teaspoons | Horseradish; prepared |
¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
½ | cup | Walnuts or Pecans; chopped |
¼ | cup | Fresh Parsley; chopped |
Directions
Combine all (may be mixed in food processor quickly) except nuts and parsley. Chill. Shape into a log and roll in the nut mixture. Chill Again.
Serve with crackers.
