500 | millilitres | Lemon juice |
1 | tablespoon | Caraway seeds |
5 | Sprigs sage | |
1 | small | Pumpkin |
Directions
Cut pumpkin into cubes and prick with a fork. Boil all ingredients together.
Simmer until the mixture becomes a syrup. Pack the pumpkin into sterilised jars. Pour over the syrup.
