Presto pita pockets

2 | larges | Pita pockets |
1 | cup | Precooked turkey; chunked |
½ | cup | Store bought ham luncheon slices; sliced |
½ | cup | Chunked Swiss cheese |
½ | cup | Chunked cheddar cheese |
1 | large | Tomato; thinly sliced |
1 | medium | Red onion; thinly sliced |
½ | cup | Alfalfa sprouts |
Sweet and sour dressing; ( in the bottle) | ||
2 | tablespoons | Minced parsley |
Directions
In a microwave oven heat pita bread until just warm (about 15 seconds), careful not to cook too long or pita bread will become tough. Slice one end of the pita bread and open it up as a pocket. In each pita pocket, fill with turkey, ham, Swiss and cheddar cheese, tomato and red onion. Add sprouts on top of filling. Pour sweet and sour dressing over the top of the filling. To serve, sprinkle parsley on top.
