Pronto picante chicken tacos

2 teaspoons Oil
11 ounces Boneless chicken breasts; cut into thin strips
11 ounces Prepared salsa
8 Taco shells
2 cups Shredded lettuce
1⅓ cup Shredded cheddar cheese
¾ cup Plus 1 Tbs. sour cream

Directions

Prep: 10 min, Cook: 15 min.

Heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Saut‚ chicken 2 minutes, or until no longer pink. Stir in salsa and reduce heat to medium.

Simmer 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Heat taco shells as directed on package. Fill each taco shell with about 3 tablespoons chicken. Top with lettuce, cheese and sour cream. Posted to recipelu-digest by molony <molony@...> on Feb 04, 1998
