Prune-pecan cookies

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 each Egg
7 eaches Dried prunes
½ cup Sugar
1 cup Flour
½ tablespoon Baking soda
1 dash Salt
24 eaches Pecan halves

Directions

In a blende, puree egg and prunes until finely chopped. Pour into a mixing bowl. Add sugar. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt; add to prune mixture and mix well. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheets. Top each cookie with a pecan half. Bake at 350 deg. for 13-15 min. or until golden brown. Remove to wire racks to cool. Yield: 24 servings.
