Quick and easy creamy rice pudding

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
cup Cooked rice
cup 0.5% milk
1 pack (small) of Jello 'Cook and Serve' Vanilla pudding mix
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
teaspoon Nutmeg

Directions

Combine milk with vanilla pudding mix. Add rice. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture is boiling. Remove from heat and stir in cinnamon and nutmeg. Allow to cool. Then pour into individual serving containers. Refrigerate or serve at room temperature. Serves 6.
