Quick golden stew

Ingredients

4 eaches Carrots -- cut 1 in. pieces
cup Potatoes -- peeled &
Chopped
2 mediums Onion -- cut into chunks
Water
1 pack Frozen peas -- defrosted 10
Oz
2 cups Ham -- cubed
1 can Cream of celery soup,
Condensed -- undiluted 10 3/4 oz.
1 Jar processed American
Cheese -- 8 oz

Directions

In a large saucepan or dutch oven, combine carrots, potatoes, onions and just enough water to cover. Cook, covered until vegetables are tender, about 10 min. Add peas and ham; continue to cook 5 more min.

Drain water. Stir in soup and cheese; heat through. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
