1 tablespoon Chopped fresh ginger
2 Garlic cloves; finely chopped
teaspoon Sugar
¼ teaspoon Mustard seeds
¼ teaspoon Cayenne pepper
¼ teaspoon Salt
¼ cup White wine vinegar

Directions
