Raspberry dressing

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Plain nonfat yogurt
½ cup Raspberries*
1 tablespoon Raspberry or red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons Sugar

Directions

Place all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend on high speed about 15 seconds or until smooth.

*Frozen unsweetened loose-pack raspberries, thawed and drained, can be substituted for the fresh raspberries.
