¼ cup Pear nectar
2 tablespoons Salad oil
2 tablespoons Raspberry vinegar
½ teaspoon Dried basil; crushed (1/2 to 1)
1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
1 teaspoon Sesame oil
teaspoon Pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a jar. Cover, shake well. Store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Shake before serving. Makes ½ cup.
