2 tablespoons Olive oil
¼ cup Diced andouille sausage
¼ cup Chopped green onions
¼ cup Chopped celery
2 tablespoons Minced red bell peppers
2 tablespoons Peeled chopped tomatoes
2 teaspoons Minced garlic
1 teaspoon Creole Seasoning
1 cup Cooked red kidney beans
Salt and black pepper

Directions

Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. When oil is hot, add sausage, green onions, celery, bell peppers, tomatoes, garlic and Creole seasoning; sautJ 2 minutes. Stir in beans, salt, and 3 turns of pepper; sautJ 1 minute more. Yield: about 2 cups
