Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pack (10 Oz) Refrig. Buttermilk Biscuits
¼ pounds Thinly Sliced Corned Beef; Chopped (About 1 C)
½ cup Sauerkraut; Drained
4 ounces Swiss Cheese; Shredded (1 C)

Directions

Separate each biscuit into 4 thin layers. Press each layer into mini-muffin cups that have been coated with no-stick cooking spray. In medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients; divide mixture among biscuit cups. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes or until biscuits are browned and cheese is melted.
