Rice and chili

1 | cup | Raw rice; cooked |
1 | pint | Sour cream |
Salt & pepper to taste | ||
¼ | teaspoon | Accent |
4 | cups | Chopped green chiles |
2 | cups | Grated sharp Cheddar |
Paprika |
Directions
Combine all ingredients except paprika & ½ cup of the cheese. (Use fewer chiles according to individual tastes). Mix well & pour into casserole. Top with remaining cheese & a generous sprinkling of paprika. Bake until bubbly.
