Green chilies and rice

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 cups Rice, cooked
pint Sour cream
2 cans Green chile, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
½ pounds Monterey jack cheese, sliced
½ cup Cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

In a large casserole dish, layer rice, sour cream, chilies, salt, pepper, and Monterey Jack. Repeat layers 2 more times. Omit Monterey Jack from top layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 mins. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top for the last 5 mins. of baking.
