Rice broccoli cheese turkey casserole

2 | cups | Cooked rice |
1 | pack | Frozen chopped Broccoli (cooked according to directions) |
2 | tablespoons | Margarine: |
½ | cup | Diced onion |
¼ | cup | Diced celery 8 oz. jar Cheez Whiz or 1 c. cubed Velveeta Cheese |
1 | can | Cream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken) |
2 | cups | Cubed cooked turkey or chicken (can also use Shrimp or Ham) small jar of chopped pimentos |
3 | Eggs (beaten slightly) | |
3 | tablespoons | Water |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
3 | cups | Flour |

NOODLES
Saute part "B" in margarine. Combine all ingredients and place in casserole. Cook 30 minutes at 350 degrees. This dish freezes well.
NOODLES: Beat eggs just till foamy. Add water and salt. Add flour little at a time to a soft dough. Roll out (the secret to noodles is to roll them thin). Let dry (½ hour to 2 hours - depending on humidity) till edges start to curl. Cut in 3" strip. Stack and cut about ¼" wide. Spread out and let noodles continue to dry.
