Rice broccoli cheese turkey casserole

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Cooked rice
1 pack Frozen chopped Broccoli (cooked according to directions)
2 tablespoons Margarine:
½ cup Diced onion
¼ cup Diced celery 8 oz. jar Cheez Whiz or 1 c. cubed Velveeta Cheese
1 can Cream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken)
2 cups Cubed cooked turkey or chicken (can also use Shrimp or Ham) small jar of chopped pimentos
3 Eggs (beaten slightly)
3 tablespoons Water
1 teaspoon Salt
3 cups Flour

NOODLES

Saute part "B" in margarine. Combine all ingredients and place in casserole. Cook 30 minutes at 350 degrees. This dish freezes well.

NOODLES: Beat eggs just till foamy. Add water and salt. Add flour little at a time to a soft dough. Roll out (the secret to noodles is to roll them thin). Let dry (½ hour to 2 hours - depending on humidity) till edges start to curl. Cut in 3" strip. Stack and cut about ¼" wide. Spread out and let noodles continue to dry.
