Rice pudding for 2

Ingredients

2 teaspoons Butter
¼ cup Long grain rice
1 tablespoon Sugar
cup Milk

Directions

In saucepan melt butter and stir in rice to coat. Stir in sugar and milk and bring to a boil, turn down heat to medium low and simmer for 20-25 minutes stiring often until milk is absorbed and rice is tender. At this time add raisins if you wish and a pinch of nutmeg.
