Roasted red pepper vinagrette

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¼ cup Apple juice
¼ cup Cider vinegar
2 tablespoons White onion
1 Cloves garlic; pressed, (up to 2)
Pinches of rosemary and thyme
½ teaspoon Dried whole oregano
½ teaspoon Dry mustard powder
½ teaspoon Paprika
½ A roasted red bell pepper; (roasted yourself on a burner till black, or from a jar)

Directions

Mix in a blender:

Blend thoroughly, salt to taste, and chill overnight.
