Roasted red pepper wine sauce

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 eaches Red bell peppers, roasted, peeled and seeded
1 teaspoon Balsamic vinegar
cup Dry white wine
2 Cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Olive oil
Dash ground white pepper

Directions

In food processor or blender, combine bell peppers, vinegar, wine, garlic, olive oil and white pepper. Process until smooth. Pour into small saucepan and simmer 10 minutes.
