Rob's chili

1 | large | Onion |
2 | Cloves garlic; pressed | |
1 | tablespoon | Chili powder |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
1 | teaspoon | Cumin |
1 | teaspoon | Oregano |
1 | teaspoon | Cocoa |
½ | teaspoon | Tabasco sauce |
1 | Bottle beer; 12 ounces | |
1 | cup | Salsa |
2 | cans | Diced tomatoes; 14.5 ounces |
2 | cans | Dark kidney beans; 15 ounces |
Directions
Brown hamburger with onion, garlic, chili powder, salt, cumin, oregano, cocoa, and tabasco sauce.
Add beer, salsa, and tomatoes. Simmer for 30 minutes.
Add kidney beans and simmer 30 minutes.
