Rob's chili

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Ground beef
1 large Onion
2 Cloves garlic; pressed
1 tablespoon Chili powder
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Cumin
1 teaspoon Oregano
1 teaspoon Cocoa
½ teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1 Bottle beer; 12 ounces
1 cup Salsa
2 cans Diced tomatoes; 14.5 ounces
2 cans Dark kidney beans; 15 ounces

Directions

Brown hamburger with onion, garlic, chili powder, salt, cumin, oregano, cocoa, and tabasco sauce.

Add beer, salsa, and tomatoes. Simmer for 30 minutes.

Add kidney beans and simmer 30 minutes.
