Roquefort and red pepper butter

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 small Red bell pepper or 1 red sweet banana pepper
5 eaches Ounces roquefort
1 cup Unsalted butter, at room temperature
Salt to taste
Cayenne pepper or Tabasco to taste
Hungarian paprika

Directions

Wash, core and seed the pepper. Cut into wire thin slivers. Cream the roquefort and butter together with processor. Add the peppers and blend to mix. Season with salt and pepper and tabasco to taste.
