1½ | cup | Chopped roasted chicken |
1 | teaspoon | Dried crushed rosemary |
1 | cup | Thinly sliced fresh spinach |
¾ | cup | Shredded mozzarella cheese |
Directions
Remove pizza crust from package and place on pizza pan or stone. Combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and pepper. Brush over crust. Spread chicken evenly on crust. Sprinkle with rosemary then fresh spinach. Top with cheese. Bake at 450 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese melted.
