Roslyn's oatmeal raisin cookies(c)

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Shortening
1 cup Sugar, granulated
2 Egg, or egg substitute
2 cups Flour, all-purpose
1 teaspoon Baking soda
½ teaspoon Cinnamon, ground
¼ teaspoon Salt
2 cups Oatmeal, (Quick or old fashioned, uncooked)
1 cup Raisins
1 cup Pecans

Directions

Cream sugar and shortening. Add beaten eggs and dry ingredients. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Watch to see the bottoms don't burn.
