Rosy rosemary grapefruit

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Water
1 cup Sugar
3 tablespoons Honey
3 Sprigs fresh rosemary
6 larges Pink or white grapefruit
½ cup Maraschino
Cherries with stems

Directions

Combine first 4 ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool completely. Discard rosemary. Peel and section grapefruit over a large bowl to collect juice.

Pour rosemary syrup over grapefruit in bowl. Add cherries. Chill until serving time. Garnish with additional rosemary sprigs. Yield: 10 servings.
