Royal street jambalaya

Ingredients

2 | cups | Cooked rice |
2 | tablespoons | Butter or pareve margarine |
¼ | cup | Bell pepper, chopped |
½ | cup | Onion, chopped |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
⅛ | teaspoon | Pepper |
¼ | teaspoon | Thyme |
1 | can | Condensed tomato soup>>> |
Undiluted. | ||
1 | cup | Milk |
Paprika |
Directions
Saute onion and green pepper in butter until tender but not brown.
Add salt, pepper, thyme, soup, and milk. Mis with rice Pour into greased 1½ qt. baking dish.
Drain gefilte fish and arrange on top; press into rice mixture and sprinkle with paprika. Bake in 350 F. oven for 30 min.
