Rubarb relish

10 Cups

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
5 cups Rubarb,diced
cup Sugar
1 cup Cider vinegar
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Allspice
½ teaspoon Cloves

Directions

Combine everything in a pot and bring to a boil,simmer uncovered for 1 hour.Stir often.Place in canning jars (Mason Jars) and seal. Great with Ham or other meat dishes
