Rum raisin ice cream^

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Very ripe banana
1 teaspoon Lowfat yogurt
¼ teaspoon Rum extract
1 tablespoon Raisins

Directions

Peel banana, wrap in plastic and freeze 24 hours. Thaw slightly, combine in blender with remaining ingredients except raisins. Blend until smoothl. Stir in raisins. Serve.
