Ruth agar's avacado soup

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Pur‚ed avocado
1 cup Sour cream
1 can (10.75-oz) chicken broth
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
2 tablespoons Orange Curacao (up to)
¼ teaspoon Nutmeg
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Lime slices for garnish

Directions

Combine avocado, sour cream and chicken broth. Mix in blender until smooth.

Add remaining ingredients. Serve cold. Garnish with lime slices. Yield: 4 servings.
