Salami and eggs

4 slices Salami
2 Eggs
teaspoon Salt
1 dash Pepper
Fat -- for frying

Directions

Cut the salami in strips. Lightly beat the eggs, salt and pepper.

Fry the salami until lightly browned in a skillet. Pour the eggs over it and cook over low heat until theeggs are set on the bottom.
