5 pounds Hamburger meat
5 teaspoons Hickory smoked salt
teaspoon Whole mustard seed
½ teaspoon Garlic salt
tablespoon Morton's Tender Quick salt>>

Directions

Mix all ingreds. well. Refrigerate for 24 hrs; mix 5 times during the 24 hrs. Divide into 3 equal parts. Shape into rolls. Place on broiler rack with drip pan. Bake at 150F. for 8 hrs.
