Salisbury steak with mushroom sauce

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Beef chuck, ground
¼ teaspoon Pepper
2 tablespoons Butter or margarine
1 teaspoon Curry powder
1 Beef bouillon cube
1 teaspoon Salt
4 ounces Canned mushrooms, drained
2 tablespoons Flour
1 cup Water

Directions

Mix meat, salt and pepper and shape into 4 patties. Pan fry in lightly greased skillet until of desired doneness. Remove from skillet and keep hot. Cook mushrooms in butter for 2 - 3 minutes.
