Salmon and corn flan

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
Pie crust
2 tablespoons Margarine
¼ cup Flour
cup Milk
1 medium Sized can kernel corn
1 medium Can salmon
Finely grated rind of 1/2 lemon
Salt and pepper
½ cup Grated cheddar cheese

Directions

Melt margarine, stir in flour, cook gently for 2 minutes, remove from heat. Add milk gradually, beating well. Bring to boil, cook until thick, stirring continuously. Remove from the heat, stir in drained corn, flaked salmon, lemon rind, and seasonings, and pour into flan case. Sprinkle with cheese, return to oven or place under hot broiler to brown top.
